Mixing oils for horse use

I am planning to make up a spray for my horse. He has sweet itch (a very itchy condition caused by a reaction to midge bites). He has itched away sores on his face/top of neck which I would like to treat with essential oils.

I plan to just add some oils to a spray bottle of water, but how many drops?? I will be adding Tea Tree, Calendula and neem oils. Please advise on how much of which to use. Thanks

I recently posted a topic about aromatherapy for horses as I had been asked by a friend for a similar fly/midge spray for her horse [I think it might be under the animal section]
I did a bit of research on the net and found a couple of equine aromatherapy sites and they had recipes for blends. I made up a 500ml bottle of water and added 60 drops each of teatree, lavender and eucalyptus smithii froma recipe recommended.
I've not had any feedback yet from my freindbut I'll keep you posted!
