Hi
I am just back from a brilliant day with Jane Johnson learning MET.
I ache just about everywhere! Exhausted and haven't stopped eating since I got in!!!
But it was really good - very informative, hands on all the way, and loads of help. I think it will be useful for quite a lot of clients even in normal holistic massage circumstances.
Tomorrow I do it all again with soft tissue release, if I can still move!!

Hi Mel, glad you enjoyed the day, I was lucky enough to do advanced and deep tissue massage a couple of weeks ago (early Christmas present from parents) We covered str, met and nmt, I too ached lol

MET is a really effective technique...and Jane's a great teacher. Hope you have fun with it..and the STR!

I loved it. I think that I may use more STR than MET in my usual treatments, but it also opens up new possiblities too. I need to sit and read and re read the manuals we were given as it was a lot to take in over a weekend. Well it was for me!! I learned so much and really enjoyed it. Jane is brilliant.
