Hiyah Madds!
Firstly, welcome to the forum! I'm sure you will get all the help you need from this lot. I know I have. I sit my Reflexology exam in just under 4 weeks, but I know how you feel. I went through a stage of not beeing able to see the wood for the trees. My Husband, who took passed 11 "O" levels and 5 "A" levels and then went on to get 2 degrees at Uni. gave me a tip that turned everything around.
He said that you firstly had to put things into perspective.
*Do you have a pass rate, or do you have to answer every question 100%.
*Do they allow you to make a mistake or two on your treatment (is it just pass or fail, or is there a pass/credit/distinction set up?)?
Take this into account and don't beat yourself up if you can't remember everything yet. It WILL come!!
If you want to pass, which you obviously do, revise everything in small lumps. Don't try and Cram! Do 20 minutes. Then go and do something else for 20 minutes, then go back to the revision for 20 minutes and so on. I usually end up revising for about 40 minutes in total over the hour or so, and I can remember LOADS more. It really works. Even if, on the second 20 minutes, you go over the same bunch of revision that you did in the first it doesn't matter!! If it gets the information to stick, it has worked.
CHILL!! Good luck with the revision and also with the exam.
