Massage Training

Hello

I am thinking of doing a massage diploma and just wondered if the VTCT qualification of basic swedish massage and advanced massage diploma. Has anyone in this forum been on this course and would they recommend it.

Hi Claire,
there has been much discusion on VTCT courses on previous threads, so you could try the search box on home page, it seems there are various standards of tutors on these franchised type of course, and from other's experiences it seems to be pot luck whether you get a good or bad course and tutor. I have recently been assessing on similar FEcourses and find the level of therapist varies greatly, some courses offer the same qualification for a weekend course as FE colleges do over a year, so really speaking you should find a local course and ask to speak to students completing it at present time to get first hand information.

Just read one of your threads. is there a set text book for VTCT A&P? Need somehing to read to keep my brain active, especially wiv kids 6wks hols coming up!!!
