Hot stone
Hot stone, Bruce Baltz's Art of Stone Massage http://www.dtsm.net/cgi-bin/1028/site.cgi?page=video.html&cart_id=1147139872.1475
Japanese Hot Stone massage by Shogo Mochizuki is great, though you really need the book to go along with it to explian what the strokes are for, it's out of print (vidoes and book) but I highly recommend it. website used to be http://www.japanesemassage.com but it's folded.
I've also got the 2 Healing Stone Massage videos http://healingstonemassage.com/ not bad, but not wonderful, Hot Stone massage from http://www.hotstonevideo.com/product.html not bad, less wonderful than the Healing Stone Massage Ones, their Crystal healing one is pretty basic.
Any of Shogo Mochizuki's face massage ones are great! again they are out of print, worth tracking down. The face massage also includes a lot of neck work which is VERY effective.
Ayurveda
Indian head massage and face lift massage videos from http://www.indianchampissage.com/ The head massage one spends a lot of time looking like a shampoo ad
lots of girls with glossy hair in slow motion jumping around a garden, and considering it's only a 30min video too much time is wasted on the shampoo commercial looking stuff, but it's a great referesher if you've done training, may not be enough if you haven't done any training, though the book helps.
Ayurvedic videos from Robert & Melanie Sachs http://www.diamondwayayurveda.com/productCat39735.ctlg very good, just be warned she is a bit uncomfortable in front of the camera and adopts the 'deer in head lights' look for any speaking directly to camera shots.
Ayurvedic Spa treatments with Karta Purkh Singh Khalsa http://www.kpkhalsa.com/products.htm (see review http://www.massagetoday.com/archives/2004/11/16.html ) good, but probably a bit impractical for most places - a lot of the treatments are let someshing dry on the skin and brush off, or rub powder on skin, effective but produces a lot of mess, and tumeric in sheets is not good (that's waht causes the curry stains on white shirts - the tumeric)
Spa
The IDI http://www.dermalinstitute.com had some videos about spa treatments though the website doesn't list them? Maybe they've stopped selling them (add to the "out of print list"?) The videos are very informative about explaining body wraps, how to fold the sheets for a wrap, how to move the client around etc. (Their skin/waxing ones are very good too)
bodyCushion
just remembered about these, I've got 3 of them, New Approaches to Muscle Therapy is actually pretty good even if you don't have a bodyCushion. If you do have a bodyCushion it is great
I've got a great Australian shiatsu one that's about 4 hrs long, can't remember the guy's name, may check it later and update this.
