i dont know if this isnt the ''done'' thing but i was wondering if anyone had any massage routines they might want to share
im a 2nd year vtct sports therapy student ....having passed my swedish massage module last year we have moved onto sports and remedial but with a different tutor
the routine i learnt for swedish massage does have a few flaws and is very different from what i can make out
for instance we were taught to start the client flat onthere back work there left arm left leg ( turning the thigh in and out to work the back of it bending the knee and sitting on the foot to work the back of the lower leg ) right leg right arm abdomen chest turn over to finsh with back and shoulders
i would prefer something that is a little more user friendly for massaging the top of the legs the backs especially
im hoping to get a counch and continue my swedish massage just on friends and family then trying out any new routines or techniques as im going along
any guidance or help would be much appriciated
