Hi,
I am writing my massage case studies for ITEC... i have almost 3 done. However there is a lot of repitition, which i know sometimes can't be avoided, but does anyone have any home care advice that they came across which is a little less "vanilla"?
I have the usual - eat a light meal, drink more water, avoid caffeine & strenous exercise...usual text book stuff...
I have already added stretches a client can do at work, and stretches another client can do before playing squash... have run out of ideas for this client. She is in her early fifties (sore hip and lower back pain) so maybe someone else has offered someone of that age/condition some good advice?
any ideas at all are very welcome,
thanks in advance
