We love to indulge in a spa day every chance that we get, but our obsession with having baby smooth skin is putting a hurtin' on our credit cards. So we're pretty excited that our friends over at PopSugar Beauty have uncovered the secrets to a professional facial that you can do at home.
In the video above, editor Jessica takes us through a 30-minute facial that will massage away wrinkles. It starts with the obvious: Cleanse your face to remove makeup and dirt. Follow up with a toner to swipe off any leftover debris.
Next is the massage, which happens to be the part that we love most when laying on the spa table. Warm up an aromatherapy face oil with your fingertips and work into skin in upward motions. This helps to stimulate circulation, drain fluid from the lymphatic system and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
Exfoliate with a facial scrub or try one of these at-home chemical peels to get rid of dead skin cells. Then put on a mask before getting into the shower. Gently wash product off your face and finish with a hydrating night cream.
Check out the video above to see the complete step-by-step guide, including the best facial pressure points to focus on when massaging.
Would you ditch your anti-wrinkle serums for this 30-minute facial?
Check out these beauty myths that we've debunked (or proven true):
