I had an aromatherapy massage today plus chakra balancing with colourworks bottles. Now I cant stop crying. I know that therapies can make you release stuff and I know the reasons behind that but at the moment I just dont feel very great.
I know that things are better out than in but the point is, if I dont know what it is thats upsetting me and I need to release, how is it that you end up feeling better?
