Hi
I wondered if someone could give me some advice on making up an oil blend for my MIL's gymnastics club. I have treated a few of them so far and occasionally she will ask if I can do a blend for such and such. Last week she wanted an oil that would ease overexercised muscles for a girl in particular so I made one of Grapseed oil, Roman Chamomile and Marjarom. I asked all the relevant questions for contra-indications etc and all was ok. However, now she wants me to make up a larger bottle that she can use on a few of them for their next competition. Does anyone not advise this? I wasn't 100% sure because I haven't seen them in person to check everything is ok. What I did think though, was to make up the blend and put the necessary precuations on the bottle and then before she used on on anyone, to check the list of contra-indications first.
How does it work when pre-blends are bought for instance from the internet? Would these come with precautions?
Thanks
Tracey
