So I decided to TOFTT today; I havent posted in a while...so here goes.

Went to Lotus today based on ad in Leolist...I have attached their other links too.

If you see the kijiji ad, those are the two girls there and the pic from leolist is legit.

Went to their office, which was a bit weird. It is a shared office Space...similar to a Regus or other shared office spaces. Weird because there were people in their office doing work. Anywhoo, went along...went to the space. Looks like a semi legit place....they have all kind of machines for I think other services. (laser, etc). Also weird because one girl (taller one) is the receptionist while Elle is the masseuse and the receptionist is behind the wall of a folding room divider, 7 feet from me getting the massage. You can she her kinda on the flip. and def can hear her on the phone. Room was maybe 10x15,

I was told to get under sheets and make myself comfy which I did (naked)...not gonna lie massage was pretty good. 7/10 from a holistic massage perspective. 4/10 compared to RMT. I stayed for 30 mins. near the end she asked me to flip, still has sheets on me. She massaged my head and said it was coming to an end. I asked about happy ending, she said that the place was a shared space and the walls were very thin and that she would consider the happy ending later in evening (I went early afternoon). Told her I would keep quiet. She said no. So I ,moved on.

Went based on Ad again posted on Leolist which would imply more than just a massage. Was very disappointed TBH.

Another beef, stayed for 30 mins. Came to the receptionist to pay, said it was $60 cash or tax if I paid by CC. Asked me if I wanted to tip Elle, I said no.. So i gave $60 cash and walked out...she came to me on my way out of office and asked me to come back. I did. She said she made a mistake and that tax was required to be paid. Whatever, gave her the tax and left.

For me, no chance I would return based on experience above. YMMV based on timing etc. For me it was a definite bait and switch.

Based on Leolist post - I dont dispute that there would be a HE. Just make sure you go when the sun is down and less people in office

Yes - Elle was the masseuse...she is the shorter one from Kijiji , the pics are legit and accurate. They apparently opened this week - the Kijiji pics have the Spa name in background are very recent (they are from the spa)....and the pics on Leolist are also Elle.

Had same experience with Ella. Marketing is suggestive, perhaps intentional to pull in the business, but completely legit and not worth the investment.

they are both owners the redeption does massage too there ratesare more than my rmt and do more depending on there mood . everyone pays different rates . they will find out fast when no one comes back for second visit

I’m actually fairly certain that this is a place that will end up providing HE. I haven’t been, but if I find myself in the area I will go for sure. The money doesn’t matter, the girls look like they could be fun and sometimes a little work is rewarded. I wouldn’t give up so quickly

I am sure that with mileage, HEs will be provided. But be aware that this is public facility. Shared with many businesses / individuals. As they told me, the walls are thin.

My real issue is that they listed on Leolist massage section. with no finish.

Yes - I read that part too. I’ve had numerous massages in places like that…. 100 Hanlan comes to mind, kind of makes it a little exciting as long as you are ok with no shower after. You won’t get high mileage but a fun quiet HJ is always nice too.

The girls look quite sexy
