Looking for rooms in East London / rates?

I'm a newly qualified ITEC Holistic Massage Therapist and I'm looking to venture into the world of massage full time by chucking in my full-time job and becoming a "real" massage therapist - eeeeeek!

I'd like to ask fellow east london therapists for some advice on places in East London that rent out rooms suitable for massage.

I'd also like to find out what the going rates are in East London for half hour / one hour / 90 minute massages.

In South London, the average rate seems to be £30 per hour (and £16-20 for 30 minutes: £40-45 for 90). There are certainly some therapists who charge more, but there are two very good therapists within 5 miles of me who charge only £25 for an hour.
Prices seem to increase as you go further south into Surrey and Kent (where £40 an hour seems tobe common).

Here are 3 clinics that I've worked out of:

1. Healthy Living Centre (Islington) 0207 704 6900
2. Holistic Health (Hackney) 020 7275 8434
3. Angel Therapy Rooms (Islington) 0207 226 1188

There's no average for East London. The rates vary greatly between places. The first 2 charge £45ph. Number 3 is more high-end and charges £70ph.
