Looking for a good recipe for sweedish meatballs?

Basically I just want the sauce.

I want one You make at home please NO links unless it is for a recipe you make often, and don't just copy and paste please.

Also I am lookng for a recipe that uses sour cream or something along those lines NO condensed soups.

Well being a former chef and having travelled to Sweden, it is a basic sauce, more a gravy, and can be made with the drippings from the meatballs, I bake mine and use the bit of juice they produce, you can make a roux with oil and flour, adding beef stock/broth/consomme, to make the base sauce, I add spices like nutmeg, allspice and white pepper, taste it for seasoning as stocks and broths have different salt contents, once it is to your liking add the meatballs back and simmer in a pot either on the stove or in the oven, when you go to serve add the sour cream or liquid cream, or else it could curdle, serve with your choice of starches potato's or noodles, vegetables, in Sweden they have lingonberry sauce (lingonsylt), but cranberry sauce is a close fit, even a sprinkle of fresh dill or a pinch of dried is nice to in the sauce
