I guess they never learned to improve customer service...
I called last night and asked who was working (since the website
has no schedule). The receptionist quickly blurted out the names,
and when I asked to repeat once more, the receptionist told me
that I have to "Pay more attention, I can't be on the phone all day".
Suggestions for AC
1) If you have a schedule on your site, you'll get a lot less phone calls
2) If your receptionist spoke a bit slower, he/she wouldn't have to repeat.
