Hi ... I have a client with a problem with his lateral collateral ligament which I believe is the ligament on the outside of the knee.
The problem is the client can normally run for about a mile on this knee and then he starts to get pain in the ligament.
The other day he went for a run .. gave up when it started hurting but then, got so bad afterwoods he was limping about for 2 days, now he isnt running because he has no faith in the knee holding despite being able to walk with no pain
Does anyone have an strategies for dealing with this ligament in massage terms
thanks
