I've actually been to the old location and if its the same girl they are talking about then, the massage is weak to just rubbing oil into your skin for about 30 mins, then on the flip she asks what you want, standard rates and she basically applies the standard robotic routine, fake moans, "so big" etc etc, nothing to write home about, but she is tiny and slim, maybe 5"3 ish maybe and doesn't have a gut.

If it's the place I'm thinking of, South West side of Midland on Sheppard, then the attendant I saw was in her 50s, heavier, gave a useless massage and about 20 minutes in, DEMANDED a tip just to continue for the HOUR I PREPAID! I got dressed and left rather than give her an extra dollar.
