recently went to a la sap bar and find it very cosy. much much better then da lu.
price is 11 dollars per bottle happy hour
tips is 6 to 10 bucks. if u like of course u can pay more
ladies to be Reviewank not very pretty wat can u expect in la sap bar. but there is 5 gals age below 25 still can make it. not those who make u vomit lol.

Thanks to TS for the location by PM. There is a thread mentioning this bar and I have been there a few times recently.

Basically there are about 5 PRC girls which is their quota and cannot have more. These PRC girls are in their 20s but not the wild type and can only hug, sing song and drink. These PRC have a monthly drink quota to achieve and if cannot meet, they would have to pay the bar for the amount not met. Because of this quota, you will find that these PRC girls will help you to finish your drinks very fast hoping that you will ask them to get more drinks and thus helping with their monthly quota.

There are some who might go out with customer outside of their working hours but this would take a lot of $$$ in drinks before they would agree.

Cheap & wild action go to Da Lu. Young girls with action go to Viet KTV. These lap sup bars are more for the uncles.

ya they have a quota to hit everymonth i think its 400-500 dollars. but they are not as money face la. at least to me la. they never drink at all when sitting with me. usually i would call all 5 of them cause u know the rest is... and today i go for the third time and i have been offer by one of the gals to go fj. i told her no money she say who ask u for money lol...
