I bought this product a few weeks ago and it came with no instructions or suggested excercises. Don't let the picture fool you, it is completely flat on the ground so it's not to do with balancing yourself and getting toned that way. It twists round but i gotta say i am struggling to find even one excercise on it that i feel any benefit from.

Does anyone know of a website that suggests some or do you have the same product and know what i'm supposed to do with it?

I HAVE THE TWIST BOARD AND IT IS AMAZING!! Stand up straight and swing arms left and right and this makes you twist. I have lost loads of weight of my stomach already :)
