Just how far will a 500g tub of TUI go?

Hi

There some of this stuff on its way. I ordered it on the recommendation of others here. I've ordered the 500g size. How many full body massages will this do. I know there are different skin types to consider. But, what is the least number you would expect?

A very good question, I now only buy the 500g tubs. Most of the time its either Sports or Unscented, but I always have a tub of Lavendar and Mountain Forest for those who fancy them in.

How many treatments? It varies greatly, it seems some times I just whizz through a tub, others take an age to use up. I wish I could give you a better answer but as you say it really depends on the clients and what you are using them for.

Gosh that is a hard one to answer, as I too have at least 4 tubs on the go at any one time ( Usually Lavender, Relaxation, Herbal Lift and sports) I also keep a tub of the Bee Balme, as this doesn't contain any nut (ie almond oil) so suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

A little does go a long way.......no help from me either really, sorry!!

I use the Tui 500g tubs. Haven't paid much attention to how long it lasts. Just now it's a long time. With the last batch I bought I also bought some 25g empty tubs.

I realised that I was using the same tub for each client. So I was dipping my hand into the tub then spreading the wax over a client. I'd wash my hands as usual before seeing my next client. But then dip my hands into the same wax that I'd just used on a previous client. Not very hygienic on my part is it?

The 25g tubs also means that I can start mixing my own oils with the plain beeswax massage wax. It gives me more scope.

I do the same as I do with my waxing - use a wooden spatula to take the wax out of the tub.
