jaw/headache(migraine) pain

Wasn't sure if I should start a new topic or add-in to the migraine topic but chose this.
I have a new client coming tomorrow. Her Mother and I talked last night. Young girl - 16 . 2 months previous got hit in the left jaw with VBall and has had 2 straight months of migraines. Has missed school and the bit. They have tried dr(drugs), chiro, acupuncture, nero(topomax..) and still headaches are debilitating her.. missing school and may have to forfeit the grade..
When Vball hit jaw - they had to 'pop' back in (Moms words..). The young girl is getting pain behind the eyes and the aura coming up on RIGHT side., affecting her vision. She is also right handed, and plays softball..
I will of course get more info tomorrow when I ask questions on intake, but thought I would throw this our for some great ideas. My first thoughts are TMJ type work, temporalis, masseter.. Also some look into traps, and splenius mm. Any thoughts?

How did you session with her go? I would have checked out the same muscles you mentioned, plus the pterygoids, SCM, levator and the scalenes.

This poor girl DID get an MRI, yes? It would be helpful to pick Mom's brain about what the doctors found. More detail about what hasn't worked will also give you clues, but I second the suggestions already posted.
