Yes, I would think so. Although the What to Expect book tells you not to take hot baths, that is a bit of a myth. We (humans) are warm-blooded, so our core body temperature stays about the same all the time unless we have fever. Unlike a lizard whose body temp will climb to the temperature of its surroundings, ours stays about the same whether it's 20 degrees outside or 110. Of course, we can get hypothermia if we go outside and it's too cold and we're not properly dressed, or heat stroke if it's hot and we're not hydrated properly. But seriously, stay hydrated and don't worry about it. I live in a hot, humid climate and I walked outside every day while pregnant in August when it was over 100 degrees. There was no problem.
