Is this true: massaging my chests will get them bigger?

My friend asked a doctor, and he/she said it's true...and my friend's friend has tried it and went from a-cup to a c-cup...

but I have been doing it for a few weeks, and I see no difference!! I hate how small they are! My size is still 32a cup. Plus they're not even the same size! I'm not even sure if the doctor is right...my friend says it helps circulates the blood inside to make them bigger. I thought it was just a myth.

That's not true. The only way you can get them bigger is to wait until you are done growing, or gain weight or surgery (neither recommended!). Try wearing padded or push-up bras to make them perkier...but conservatively that's all you can do.

You friend went from an A to a C from massaging her breasts... I dont think so.
Do you think women would be getting boob jobs if you could make them bigger just from massaging them? Im no expert but I would say this is false.

Ahh there's no way that could've happened. Breast implants are actually the most drastic and effective path to bigger breasts, but if that's not an option, there are other alternatives.

Try gaining weight. Breasts are made up of quite a bit of fat, so when you gain weight, some of it goes to your breasts. That process may take quite a bit of time though.

Get a good push up bra. Both La Senza and Victoria's Secret carry them. I've only tried La Senza's double push up bra, and let me just say it is amazing! They even make push up bikinis, so no one's really gonna know unless you've got an active sex life.

You can also use bronzing powder to create the illusion of depth between your breasts (cleavage area). Isn't very miraculous, but it is another option.

I've heard drinking soy milk has certain things in it that make breasts bigger in the long run. Can't clarify it for sure, but I would try small amounts of it.

Try gaining weight for a long run solution and for a short term solution, invest in a good push up bra. If you really want something a bit more drastic, save up for breast implants. Make sure to choose your surgeon carefully if you do so!
