Is there a demand for massage therapist in Las Vegas?

Like it says I am looking into going to school to be one and I might eventually move to Las Vegas

No. Most of the massage parlors here are of a sexual nature. The economy here is terrible, people would rather suffer than pay for a legitimate massage. Unless you're willing to give "extra services for extra pay" I wouldn't count on working as a massage therapist until the economy is booming.

The spas at every hotel have licensed massage therapists. You have to be licensed to work there. There are also medical positions open. It was listed as one of the hottest classes to get into here in Vegas. That might be a bad thing because there will be too many for the few jobs available.

In the "good times", sure. All the hotels on the strip have spas. Of course, some are more high end than others.
However, in the lean times, no. The spas are completely cutting back. They are turning full time positions, into parttimers and laying the existing parttimers off. Many massage therapist have had to look for other work and many are moving back to where they came from.
