Is it safe to have a full body massage while on prescription pain medication?

Ive been taking Hydrocodone 10/325's,5x a day prescribed a year ago.
I was told by a former massage therapist that you can overdose due to the massage releasing more
medication into your muscles/blood.
I also have a 7mg Nicotine patch on to assist with stopping smoking.

Will I be ok to get a quick 45 min full body massage today? I had one full body massage a year ago,whilst on my pain meds and didnt notice a difference after.
