Is it healthy to get reflexology for more than 30 minutes a session?

I talked to a friend who is a massage therapist and she said that it would be harmful to get a reflexology longer than 30 minutes.I see some places that advertise the services for 30 minutes to an hour. I was wondering if it is safe to get an hour of reflexology once a week?
 
Did you ask your therapist friend why it could be harmful? Because that is a good question, given the alleged mechanism for reflexology is baloney and has no basis in reality.

No, you can't have too much of a foot massage, unless of course it is an overpriced scam that is emptying your wallet.
