Is getting a massage considered "cheating"?

OK, so sometimes I've run out of options for getting a "release". Happy marriage, OK sex life - not as frequent as I'd like, but kids, scheduling and sleep take their toll.

Opportunities to take care of matters myself have also become limited for the same reasons.

These massage places are almost antiseptic - 30 minute massage, flip you over, you're done a few minutes later. It's practically a medical procedure, and you're back in the office shortly thereafter.

I know, I know - using the metric "if your wife knew, would she approve", it's wrong. She wouldn't.

But is this really "cheating"? There's no reciprocal touching, and no expectation of a relationship.
Umm... yeah. "Flip you over" = "happy ending".

Unless she thinks you're a cop.

And no, I wouldn't mind if my wife enjoyed a similar service. Doesn't matter where you get your appetite as long as you eat at home. And having some guy rub her off would be fine, and would most likely just increase her appetite.

We all know there are Massages where licensed massage therapist perform the massage in legitimate businesses, nothing wrong if you go there. They don't massage areas that might sexually excite you to the point of orgasm for fear of losing their license and being placed under arrest for prostitution.
Then there are those places that may or may not employ women who are licensed massage therapist and whose sole purpose is sexual gratification. Both are antiseptic as you put it for fear of spreading disease and in 30 minutes you are done.
Which do you go to?

If your marriage is happy, having a massage with extras is wrong may I suggest getting a friend, relation or even a baby sitter to take your kids out for an hour or two so you and your wife can have some quality time alone.

Really wrap your mind around that scenario...And how do YOU feel?

If you're good with it...then by all means, go do what you're gonna do. But if the thought of your wife being pleasured by another man...bothers you.

No cheating buddy. So long as it is clean and done for relaxation. Perhaps your wife might want a massage too. She will appreciate that gesture from you.

Even u know the answer to this, or u wouldn't even be questioning it. It is a "form" of cheating because first of all anything u have to hide is questionable, and u are going to someone else to please u whether it's touching u or not. Your wife should be the only one that should do that for u. I know life can be busy and hectic, especially with kids and this type of thing happens all the time, but there are ways u can correct it without doing something that u obviously feel a little guilty about. You need to make more time for your wife and u. You should get a sitter for the kids one weekend and just get away with your wife and have some one on one time. During that weekend maybe u can focus on how u can schedule more time in for each other. Maybe a "date" night twice a month. We can always seem to fit everything into our lives when we have to .........work, appointments, meeting etc, but we always seem to put our relationship last. I think if u make your relationship a priority then u will be having a much more fulfilling and exciting love life compared to the "medical procedure" u described.
