Hi there

Can anyone recommend please an insurance company who covers masseurs. I have just found a therapy room within an establishment which already has public liability insurance so it would be just to cover myself as a practitioner.

I've got my insurance through the FHT, not sure if you need to be a member or not but you could contact them through [link=http://www.fht.org.uk/home.asp]their site[/link], I'm sure they will be able to point you in the right direction regardless of whether you are a member or not.

Hope this helps some. The only other thing you could try is a search on Google.

there are 2 companies that I would recommend.

IPTI www.iptiuk.com

and

SMG www.smg-professional-risks.co.uk

I think smg are cheaper, but as they tailor your policy, it would only cover massage, whereas IPTI cover many more therapies
