My 12 years old son is passionate about hockey. He is having a competition on 29th of this month from our neighborhood.
Two days back, while practicing he tripped and fell down. He said there is nothing to be worried and started practicing again. Later that night, he complains that his muscles are cramping and he is finding difficult to even walk. I told him to take rest and applied ointment to his injury. But yesterday, he cried because of the pain and I didn't know what to do. I'm worried and scared about the situation. I somehow convinced him but I know he is too scared. I did a random research and saw about sports massage therapy. Has anyone here gone for this procedure? I'm thinking of taking him to a sports injury clinic in Burlington. I hope there won't be any major issue. Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!!
