In Pain Massage Whyte Ave

Has anyone ever been to In Pain Massage on Whyte Ave. It is located in the same building at the Mill Creek Cafe. I understand it is 100% legit, I have a couple things I want worked on and was wondering anbout anyone’s experiences there.

tried this place out last week. It’s in the basement of the mill creek cafe building, street parking is available but it’s 1hr. I parked in residential and walked about a block away.

The layout of the room is kind of weird, it’s basically a large room with a partition and the massage area on the other side. The lady that does the massages is early 30s I’d say and is friendly.

The room is a bit cold but not bad. The massage itself was alright, it was definitely deep tissue and hurt a lot. Not really my cup of tea, but definitely nothing extra Available. I don’t think I’ll return due to the location.

Tried it out last night. Agree with @DerekD. The environment and area are not great. The music she played was about 10 songs on repeat which was not my style of music to begin with which made it quite annoying.

Julie is super nice though, very passionate about healing people, asked me a lot of questions, had a LOT of suggestions and very different theories (like obtaining from sex for 3 to 8 months to help my pelvic issues). 100% legit. Undraped with underwear. SUPER deep and she warned me it would be painful which it was. She didn't get into / spend much time on ALL the areas that I wanted and when asked why she said I was too tight. Also she said in order to get into some areas and to be healed I need to come in a minimum of once per week which is a LOT... especially since she doesn't provide receipts for insurance. She has quite an interesting background for her own healing and I think that she has some great intentions. She was super generous with her time and the value was there in general. Not sure if I will go back yet as I will wait a couple more days to see how I feel.
