I have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Due to scheduling conflicts I don't have a massage therapy class this quarter so I have only a little idea how this will affect school. I see the specialist Jan. 3rd (which happens to be the first day of the new quarter) and will ask his opinion on what I should do then.
Does anyone have any idea if massage therapy is something I should continue to pursue? My hands and wrists are greatly affected and are quite painful much of the time.
