Hi all,
I'm qualified in holistic massage and havent been practising very long. I have a client that visits me regularly with very tight hamstrings. Client is pleased with massage received and techniques used appear to be effective.
He has had prob for many years, plays a lot of sports, does all the stretches and warm up etc, but still problematic.
Having spoken to a few other therapists I seem to have been on the right track with my explanation to the client regarding possible causation.
Apart from reg massage and stretching, just wondering if there is any addition homecare advise I could give to client.
Comments would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
