Opinion I wish Asian spas would hire more good non-Asian masseuses

I mean there are way too many Asian mpa and spas in Ontario and not enough of the other nationalities. If Asian spas hired more young, good-looking, and fit non-Asian mpa I am sure they would have more customers. The problem is now there are many Asian spas hiring bad non-Asian Mpa that are either charging too much for sessions, not providing good services, or are clock watchers or are overweight or ugly or both. I would assume there is more money to be made if they invested in good Non-Asian mpa. Although I like Asian women, I just like other nationalities more and hope they do this to get more customers. What do you think?

I think most of us would agree but it's not as easy as you think to find, and more importantly, to retain young, good looking non-Asians to work at spas, particularly at semi-legits where they will actually have to roll up their sleeves and give a good massage too. Plus, the hours are very long and outside of the popular places, most spas aren't that busy.

I probably mentioned this already. Asian mpas don't not like to work with non Asian mpa. Most customers will prefer non Asian due to limited quantity

A lot of mpas are stubborn. I always tell spa owners to get girls from different ethnic background. Majority of time, my suggestion gets ignored

If the spa is Chinese owned/run, then dont expect them to allow non-Chinese to be working there. Chinese have no interest in helping other cultures. If they do, they are seen as traiters and will have Xi-ny the Pooh's local henchmen to deal with.

It's harder for them to sex traffic non-asians than it is asians. Can't keep your staff prisoners if there are free hot white bitches roaming around.

because a lot of them don't really like hiring non asian women.

one reason is because they trust that a chinese MPA would not snitch on them.

It's just like a lot of chinese busineses. For example stores in Pacific Mall use to only hire chinese people (I say "used to" because I don't know how that place is lately. things could have changed)

back in the days they didn't want non chinese people working there and snitching on all the pirated and knock off items that they had.
