even a real massage. Please read? Yesterday I got a massage, a swedish massage. I found the particular man through craigslist, under men seeking men, although I'm not gay, I went on there exclusively to find a therapist becuase i know craigslist offer various services. Anyhow, he offered them at his apartment where he lives. it was $ 75.00 for 1 hour. I just got 1 hour. I gt undressed laid on my stomach, and he went to work. Working my back, my legs, and my feet. It felt pretty good. He really worked those parts. Then he had me turn over on my back to massage me from the front. Is that normal in a massage? He massaged my head, my eye brows, he even glided his fingers down my ears. He also worked both of my arms, oh and while I was on my stomach he massaged my butt. But back to me on my back, the strangest part for me was when he worked my fingers. He took each fingers and made his hand into like a hole and stuck each of my fingers in and glided up and down. Is that normal in any massage, besides erotic?

As a massage therapist, it sounds like a Swedish massage. The finger thing is a little off, but maybe that's the way he was taught to do it. As far as the back, neck, head, ears, arms, legs, feet, gluts (butt), hands, and chest, that's all normal.

Your first clue should have been "men seeking men" and if you have to ask if it was appropriate, Hello! NO finger fu**ing is NOT part of any massage....unless you are a "man seeking a man"! You are probably lucky you didn't get raped.

Sounds pretty normal to me. Manipulating the fingers is part of the massage. However, stick to the therapeutic section in craigslist to find a massage (be careful there too). Using the M2M section, you're going to find something you aren't looking for.

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist -- sounds pretty standard to me. As long as he didn't touch any of your genitalia, it doesn't qualify for anything "kinky." Your gluteus maximus, medius and minimus muscles were probably pretty content with the butt massage, too!

The finger work and ear work is standard massage procedure -- some people love that work and others don't -- you can always tell your massage therapist that it doesn't do anything for you or it makes you uncomfortable and ask him to leave it out next time. You can also ask the LMT to focus on specific areas, too. You don't just have to lie there and let him do what he does -- you have a say in this matter -- after all, it is your body!

You might want to go try a variety of massages with different people just to compare so you can see what is out there.

Just a thought -- in my humble opinion -- IMHO -- Craigslist isn't really a safe place to find a licensed massage therapist. You might want to check out the American Massage Therapy Association website -- they have a locator search for licensed professionals. That would probably be the best resource for the future.
