Wahooo!!!
I had hoped to get it done last week, but got sidelined by "life". That happens. I did get it finished last night, though- almost "by the skin of my teeth"! When I left Monday, I lacked only 3 hours, and I had 3 on the books for yesterday. I got a call from another intern int he morning, asking if I might be able to pick up her 7:15 appointment because she couldn't make it. Well, I was *supposed* to be finished by 7, but I told her that I'd make sure if noone else could take it, that I would. After all, someone had to pick up one for me last week.
Turned out, I needed that appointment after all! My 4:30, who had requested me, no less, didn't show. So I took a little nap on my table and waited for my 5:45 to show up. When the 7:15 lady showed, a little early even, I *danced* down the hallway! She turned out to be a sweet little older lady who was desperate to redeem her gift certificate before it expired. She also had bursitis in her shoulder, so that gave me a bit of new experience (my instructor said to do some ROM but no stretching- as in pulling- of the joint. The client loved it.).
Soooooo......... I'M DONE! YAY!!!!
Ds has 32 hours to go- he should get finished in a couple of weeks, once he hits "full stride" (after the T-giving break).
On to studying like crazy for the NESL!
