How to get cheap cable, phone and Internet in Calgary?

Now. Im with shaw currently. My cable alone with all their little add on's and extra prices to add even one channel, Im paying $84 a month. Add phone on top and its $108. I couldn't even hook up internet because that would have Totalled around $150 a month for all 3 services. does anyone have any tips? I get that bundling your services isn't Always the cheapest method to go. Im wondering if going with a different service provider for each service might be in my best interest? for example. Cable with shaw, Internet with bell maybe and then going and buying a Magic Jack? I need advise! and maybe pricing if you know some! My internet research isn't getting me very far!
