Hi all
I just wondered on people's opinions/advice about using eo's - continually. Through my course, I was told not to overuse them as one can become sensitised to the oil. However, how does it work when, say for instance, an aromatherapist makes up a body cream blend. Does this get applied every day (sometimes twice a day) and for how long? Same goes for when someone has a cold. Is it too much to use essential oils in the bath, maybe burn some oils later in a burner then apply a chest rub for instance. Is this too much?
Some of this really confuses me as I don't know when to stop. I would quite like to make my own moisturiser, I like oils in the bath and I would like to use them in a body lotion but not sure if it's overusing?
Advice would be appreciated.
