I've suffered with insomnia coming up to 4 weeks now and have tried sleeping tablets from the doctor which help but I refuse to take anymore as I don't want to get addicted and they make me very groggy and I find it hard to work. I'm trying some aromatherapy oils which all inhance sleep. I am fine getting to sleep but always wake up within 1-3 hours and don't feel rested. Tonight is the first night I have tried the oils and they made me extremely relaxed and sleepy but I just can't sleep after 1am. I was wondering if I should keep trying the oils maybe it takes a few days to have a full effect, I have no idea? Please advise, thanks Nikki
