Hi all,
When I bump into a client on the street, they seem to feel obliged to say things like...
'oh hi lollo, sorry I havent come for a massage...Ive been so busy / no money / no time' etcetc.
Now, all of those are valid and probably true. Thing is, I don't want clients to feel they always need to mention why they havent come for a massage. Just a
'hello, are you haveing a nice day' will do.
I try to 'brush it off' with a polite phrase like
'thats no worry, whenever you're ready'
I guess they are always going to say something but really I would prefer if they don't.
Theres no real way around it is there? Im going to just have to grin and bare if for the rest of time?
or anyone got any nifty ideas in dealing with it...for them and for me?
