How do the sweedish view women?

Do Sweedish men tend to have sexist views on women? I need to know because I am writing a play for my theater class about a sweedish boy who has moved to the United States of America. In my play the Sweedish boy is very sexist and is against women in every way. After a certain length of time, in the play the boy begins to kill girls who go to his school. Basically I just need to know if his sexist views, fit the country, that he hails from, or if i need to change it.
I need to know something very soon. I don't have very much time to begin writing my play, I'm supposed to be doing the research for it now, but I can't find any information on the views of swedish (I discovered I was spelling it wrong until now) people.
