How can I attract and earn from other dependable Massage Therapists?

I have been a success in the clinical massage field for 15 years, mostly by working along side large companies... wondering how I can multiply my skills and income by contracting with other therapists?

Does anyone know of a "business in a box" style plan to help me manage others to dependably service accounts for a fair rate? Many thanks!
 
I don't know of a ready-made answer for you, but I own a business similar to what you're describing. Mine grew very organically - I got busier and busier, and eventually had more work than my hands could do, so I contracted another LMT. Now I contract with five of them, and we all stay busy.

Your first step is to sit down and write out a business plan. Then you need to meet with a business lawyer and a CPA. Invest a few thousand dollars into having your contracts written up and properly structuring your business. You won't regret it.
