In honour of MP's moving to the cloud..or you might call it a CLEAN-UP of sorts (I am sure the old server was a mess..lol)
Starting this post on MP Hygiene... and a couple of tips.. from an experienced hobbyist.

First thing is showering... I always shower before leaving the house.... try to avoid the MP showers-before - unless its a first-time MPA so they feel better about my clean.
But if its one of my reg MPs they trust my level of clean without a shower... and they are always very clean for me in return

Certainly after the session..take a quick one..
I am really fussy about my feet.. I change the insoles in my shoes daily.. typically when coming home from the MP will wash my feet (have a nice foot massage water cleaner thing)..
and throw the insoles in wash .... rotating a dozen pairs of insoles.... just like most people do with socks..
No matter how much the showers get cleaned there will always be the times where a girl is rushing for the next session and the shower is left nasty.. even though you think its OK.

Very Important - shaving....
If you normally have a beard , thats cool.. but if not a cleanly shaved face will make the MPA think you are younger than you actually are... this will have an impact on the YMMV we all read about.
I was more referring to shaving the rod, balls and crotch area... watch this video..

I have found that most MPA prefer the clean look and it makes your dick look bigger.. it definitely always helps my YMMV no doubt.

Body sprays...
There are no Canadian brands of Body Spray (Axe, Dove, Old Spice) that I use or trust..
There are Certain European Mens Body Sprays that definitely go further and include something that does something to women( Pheromones or something equivalent)...
There are some smaller Toronto stores that import mens and womens toiletries from those countries... because immigrants to Toronto want them, have experience with them and ask specifically for them as they cant find any good ones from Canadian brands. Look around the next time you are in a euro-town area with some home country imported items - they are worth the extra spend.
I get compliments from MPAs and it definitely helps the YMMV.. no doubt

have you ever noticed how an MPA will tease down there before she grabs the lure... how clean is it.. and if you have that awesome smell they love... better YMMV
they dont know why but I do...
just my experience..

The only nominal “add” for me is that even is I am freshly showered I will have a quick rinse when I get to the spa just to clean off any perspiration that may have developed from the car seat on the way, my usual drive is 10 minutes to my favorite place so not a big deal if I didn’t but better to be safe, especially if one had a burrito or something like that earlier in the day. Kinda like when you’re the first appointment with someone who says that they showered when they got up in the morning and they have driven 45 minutes to get to work in a summer heat wave, even with a/c we all get a bit of coating on our undercarriage. Excellent topic and well worth bringing it up here. Anyone else bring coconut oil to the spa?

Might not seem like much but I try not to eat just before session. Stay away from spicy pungent food (my preference) which comes out in your sweat.
If in the morning just drink tea or water to keep hydrated and to prevent dry mouth/ bad breath.
Brush teeth and tongue (pink healthy looking tongue). Use a tongue scraper if handy before brushing. Gum or mint can be helpful as well.
