Hi to everyone. I need some urgent advice. Yesterday I gave a lady a back neck and shoulder massage. She had no contra indications to having a treatment but she has suffered many niggly health complaints over the years. She said she found it very hard to relax. She appeared to enjoy the treatment and went away saying she felt very floaty. However today I have had a message left from her on my answer machine saying she had a terrible nights sleep and today feels terrible, as if everythings dropping. She has asked me to ring her back but I just wanted to get some advice/support from folks on here to get my head straight about what to say to this lady. I have been giving massages for 9 years but have only now decided as a single mum to set up my own business working from home massaging clients. I have had some wonderful feedback which is boosting my confidence, and last week a reporter from my local paper came for a massage which she said was wonderful and that will be put in as a review feature next week. I know this is probably a one off but I feel low to think that maybe one of my massages may have caused someone distress. Any advice welcome.
