Help with head massaging?

I want to give head massaging a try (On myself) to help with my hair and just to help chill out too, but i have no idea where i get the fancy oils from, how much they cost, where i can get them cheap, how do i do it right, how i do it on myself without breaking my arms, pretty much everything
You would be helping me out so much if you could answer all of the above ^_~
