couch seems like it could be OK, but is certainly nowhere near an Earthlite! Earthlite, are specialists with many years experience in manufacture, are decerning over the quality of woods they select. They also have a combination of densities of foam for optimum comfort and treatment quality!
The best way to check the quality of a couch, is if you go to the corner of the table and push across it. The table should be rigid and not rock, or make a sound. If it does, return it as it is either not suitable for body treatments or will start to make a sqeaking noise after time.
If you are doing seated treatments e.g. reflexology, it is far preferable to get a table that you can get your knees under the couch at either end. In you can't you will be leaning forward and putting strain on your lower back.
I am not sure how tall you are or the treatments you are undertaking, but you need to make sure you can reach across the table without straining.
Weight it the other main factor, make sure you get your bathroom scales out and check that what they have quoted is correct!
Hope this helps or if you have purchased it the couch is good. It is always worth talking to equipment specialists as parts of your research.....
