Has anyone given financial advice to an MPA and seen results...

Sometimes I feel sorry for these ladies, they live paycheck to paycheck and have no idea how to set themselves up for a secure future. Some of them just need a modest portfolio spinning off 6 to 8% in dividends to eliminate a lot of stress.

I'm not trying to be a knight in shining armor but just curious if anyone has given an MPA financial advice and actually seen them follow through and get results? Or will this be a futile exercise?

The girls like to talk up a good sob story to make you feel sorry for them and hope it will lead to a generous tip but don’t be fooled. The majority of these girls make a LOT of money. Because they’re not claiming their tips as income many have a take home pay of $100k or more. I know a few MPs who already have a mortgage free home and a couple of income properties on the side and they’re only in their 30’s. I’m not talking about girls at the high end spas either, I’m talking about your typical Asian strip mall spas.

Oh yes, there are a few smart ones in this business. I have helped one out from SRM about 7-8 yrs ago. She is out of spa business 2 yrs later, doing so well and now living in a mansion. She was only 24 at that time but very well disciplined and always trying to learn something new to improve her life. She always come to my business on Sundays and helped me with my paper works so she learns something about business. One of the smartest girl I have ever seen from this industry. There are two more that I know of who have some stocks and one is a real smart one.

I agree with the "young" comment but I'm talking about older ladies that would be lucky to get another few years doing this. How are they going to get by without a nest egg?

But they're all younger, right? Since you've been around this industry so long, how do the older ladies fare once they can no longer do this work? What do they do then?

I only see Asians and they are pretty good at managing their finances except one or two who blew them all at casino. Most of them work hard and sent money back to China and invest in nice houses. There are 3-4 ladies I know well who owns 2-3 properties here. Not many are into stocks and bonds, they prefer investing in properties and lands. Some girls I know worth 2-3 millions and still working hard at the spas and some are only in their early 30s. One lives in my old neighborhood Cachet estates in Mkham. I was surprised when I found out where she lives. The land alone worth over 3 millions in that neighborhood now.

The older ones were young once too. If they threw away all the money they earned over the years that was their decision. Most girls get into this business knowing it’s a good ride but a short one and make a plan to come out the other end mostly financially independent. A lot of the spa owners actually provide investment & real estate advice to the girls with that goal in mind. The difficulty for many of them is they become addicted to the cash flow and find it hard to quit.

Lol, I don’t feel sorry for this ladies . I know mpas that walk about of the spa with up to 2k cash in there pocket for one day of work. If they work three times a week, you do the math...we are the ones spending thousands at the spa. They should be giving us advice.

don't be horny and you will be loaded with cash.

MPA are some what like athletes in professional league. They all earn a lot of dough in a short period of time. A lot of them failed to realize their career span is shorter than other jobs. Hence they earn more. Once they hit the Milf age, their value go down significantly.

How would you advise them to invest cash? Once invested it becomes traceable.

You know, there's many things I've learned over the years about this that I think still surprise most people who are on this forum. For example with Asian's or Asian Milf's I have seen at least 2 MPA's discussed on this forum as middle 30's or late 30's that I know are 58 to 59 years old. I bet a lot of the Asian Milf lovers would be surprised to learn they've been with someone over 60. At least half are married or with someone although most of the very old ones are actually single.

Financially they have no where else to go. They live their entire lives in cash and many don't even have bank accounts. Lots will want to see you as a meal ticket out of the business, so phone numbers, meetings outside etc. But be careful if you do because you might not be the only one.

None of them want financial advice because there's none to give. They want your money. I wonder how many even file tax returns versus being a "stay at home mother" with a working husband although lots of them work 6-7 days a week.
