This place is out in the far east of Beijing, about one hour or so from your usual haunts and beyond chaoyang district. If you want to visit sometime pm me and I will take you there. Perhaps you could visit a couple or so places.

Was at the Haitao Sauna today and thought I'd inform everyone that the second floor changing rooms have been ripped out - look as if the place was closed down! So if you arrive and no one's around to greet you just continue up to the third floor and the chashier is temporarily stationed behind the bar counter. Business as normal no problems.

It's near enough to my hotel to make for a nice walk, so I decided to check it out. The gas station is obvious at the corner of Kaixun & Anshun roads, and the sauna was right next door, exactly where river reported it would be. The sign has a stork on it above the word “Sauna,” and of course, there's a guy with an ear-piece sitting outside.

I arrived at about 5 PM. The ground level lobby has some nice chairs, but the doorman pointed straight up to 2F. There was a cashier who had to call the lady manager down when I asked how much it would cost. No one speaks English. I mean no one. And I speak no Chinese. The manager finally wrote out the price of 600 rmb.

The locker room is on 2F also, then up to 3F where the relaxation chairs are. Straight past those to 4F (no elevator) and into a room. Next hint that I'm in the right kind of place is the big screen TV in the room playing Japanese school-girl porn. The room is 12' by 12' with an adjoining 8' by 12' shower stall with air mattress. There are bars mounted to the ceiling for the red-ropes edit: or walking on the back, but they didn't get used.
