I've had an email from my friend in Oz , she is a very active person , does bush walking etc but for the past month she has been almost confined to bed and in her words in a "state of collapse" she has been told she has had "severe and acute glandular fever" and her "thyroid is shot to pieces" ( " " her words)
she was asking about complementary treatments
I am sending her healing and
I have advised her see if she can get an aromatherapist to visit her at home
I know that tea tree oil is recommended for glandular fever and she could use that in a diffuser but i was wondering if you could recommend any blends she could use
I don't think she could stand a full massage but a gentle hand/feet treatment might help her sense of well being as she is very down
any advice appreciated
