Make yourself a little sign in sheet, that way you get some information on your guests, you can use this for marketing with their consent.
Your marketing material should give the benefits of your therapy, along with how to find you, the easier you make it for them to find you the better., i typically use an A5 flyer, or a brochure, depending on which area of my business i am doing a talk on.
When you do your presentation say how reflexology can help them relieve stress, and how good it feels to have the stress released. We can all relate to stress, we all suffer with it from time to time.
Might be an idea to get a volunteer to have a mini treatment with you.
Normally a little questions and answer session works well,you get a rapport going that way,people like to connect.
When you have finished your presentation, work out what worked well, and what did not, that way you know what works, and what needs thinking about, ready for your next presentation.
Most people get a little nervous when doing a presentation, it soon passes, when you have done one, the next is a little bit easier. I still get nervous,but with a little relaxation technique, i soon calm down.
