Girls - how would you react if someone took off your shoe and massaged your foot?

Situation - You're sitting in a bar dressed up in a hot black dress, sheer black stockings and high heels. A guy comes up and starts flirting with you. After some introduction and a bit of small talk he gently lifts your foot, slips your shoe off and starts giving you a foot massage. How do you react?

One of two reactions...

I would either slowly drag my foot away from him, put my shoe out and then run out of the bar.

Or...

I would be so surprised and confused that I would just start laughing.

I would most likely tell him to stop, once I caught my breath... but what am I honestly to say, "I don't know you that well, so you can't touch my foot"? o_o
