I won't be started MT school for another couple of months, but I thought I'd start getting to know the folks around here. Hello!
I know stretching and proper body mechanics are covered in the basics of massage therapy programs, but I am *very* intimidated because it's been several years since I've had any form of exercise or stretching program.
Any ideas on how to start stretching, how not to wimp out, and what techniques are good for the absolute beginner? I don't want to be completely inept come the first day.
